Cut thin fillets from the meat of beef tenderloin.
Onions are cut finely and fry in a pan. Put fillets in the onion, roast it. Later add julienne chopped pickles, a little chopped capers, a little tomato puree, possibly quite a bit of flour, tomato sauce, mustard, salt, ground pepper, chopped parsley, sour cream and white wine. Cook until boils.
Serve on a plate, with steamed rice side dish.
