Beefsteak Henri IV

 

Spice beefsteak with salt and spices, and roast on the grill for a little while. Roll it with bacon and put it back on the grill. Cut Chicken livers into cubes and roast on the grill.

Put beefsteak on a plate. Put a little madera sauce, salt, parsley and pepper in the chicken liver and pour over the steak.
Beefsteak Henri IV is served with appropriate side dish (boiled vegetables).
