For steak tartare you need 250 grams of steak meat, parsley, cumin, onion, pickles, one egg yolk, cayenne pepper, mustard, salt and ground pepper.
Chop very finely meat of the steak, parsley, cumin, onion and pickles, add one egg yolk, red pepper, mustard, salt and ground pepper. All stir.
Form circle on the plate.
Serve tartar steak with baked toast.
