Veal Medallions in Champignon Sauce

 

Cut three pieces of filet mignon from beef fillet, total weight should be around 250 grams. Season with salt, pepper and smeare with mustard. Roast fillets on the grill.

Put grilled filets on a plate. Around fillets garnish with rice and french fries.

In a pan put the chopped mushrooms and a rost with butter, salt, madera sauce and chopped parsley.
Pour over the grilled fillets and serve.
